     Saved by His Grace is a Texas-based online apparel store operated through the Shopify e-commerce platform.

     Our products consist of faith-inspired apparel and accessories designed to encourage, uplift, and share the message of grace.

Shipping Policy

At Saved by His Grace, we want every order to arrive safely, on time, and exactly as you envisioned. This Shipping Policy outlines what you can expect from us once your order is placed. We appreciate your patience and your support, and we work hard to get your faith-inspired pieces to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

     Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

     Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next available business day.

     During high-volume seasons — such as major holidays, promotional sales, or special events — processing times may be slightly longer. We truly appreciate your patience during these seasons.

     All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery timelines.

3. Shipping Rates

     Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

     Free standard shipping may be available on orders over a specified amount, as displayed at checkout. We love blessing our customers whenever we can!

4. Domestic Shipping

     Saved by His Grace ships to all 50 U.S. states.

     We are proudly based in Texas, and most domestic orders ship directly from our Texas location.

5. International Shipping

     At this time, Saved by His Grace does not offer international shipping.

     We hope to expand our shipping reach in the future — please stay connected with us for updates!

6. Order Tracking

     Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

     You may use your tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the carrier’s website (USPS.com or UPS.com).

7. Address Accuracy

     Please carefully review and confirm your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order.

     Saved by His Grace is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

     If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@sbhgdesgins.com. We will do our very best to make corrections before your order ships, though we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

     If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we ask that you first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office, as packages are sometimes left in alternate locations.

     If your package still cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at support@sbhgdesgins.com. We will open a case with the carrier and work diligently on your behalf.

     Please note that Saved by His Grace is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier or for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

9. Damaged Packages

     If your order arrives damaged, please photograph both the damaged item and the packaging immediately upon receipt.

     Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sbhgdesgins.com with your order number and photos.

     We will review your claim and work with you toward a fair and prompt resolution. We want every item to reach you in perfect condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

If something is not quite right, please do not hesitate to reach out — we are here to make it right. This policy outlines how to initiate a return or exchange and what you can expect from the process.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

      The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

      Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

      The following items are not eligible for return:

       Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)

       Gift cards

       Personalized or custom-made orders

       Items not meeting the condition requirements listed above

2. How to Initiate a Return

     To begin a return, please email us at support@sbhgdesgins.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

     Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed return instructions.

     Please do not send items back without a Return Authorization, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted and cannot be guaranteed a refund.

3. Return Shipping

     Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error made by Saved by His Grace.

     We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending a return. Saved by His Grace is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

4. Refunds

     Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

     Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

     Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

     We happily accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to current availability.

     To request an exchange, please email us at support@sbhgdesgins.com with your order number and the details of the item you would like in exchange.

     If the requested exchange item is no longer available, we will issue a store credit or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

     If you received an item that is defective, damaged upon arrival (not due to shipping), or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sbhgdesgins.com.

     Please include clear photographs of the defect or incorrect item along with your order number.

     In these cases, Saved by His Grace will cover all return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. We are sorry for any inconvenience and will make it right.

7. Store Credit

     In certain cases, store credit may be issued in lieu of a refund, such as when a return is approved outside the standard return window or when an exchange item is unavailable.

     Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be applied toward any future purchase at Saved by His Grace.

8. Non-Returnable Items

For clarity, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

     Gift cards

     Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such at the time of purchase)

     Personalized or custom orders

     Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing original tags

     Items returned without a valid Return Authorization
